First set your timer for 20mins and put it aside. Do as many rounds as possible for this 3 exercise until your 20 mins is up!

Do 5 Reps of Pull Up

Circuit-Three-Negative-Push-Up

Followed by 10 Push Up

Lastly 15 squats.

 

Once you are done, take a 5min break and finish off with a 35min steady state run! There you have it a full body workout to get you stronger for your race in 1 hour!
